While viewing a blog of a friend in Alabama I was inspired to start one of our own. My primary purpose is for our families to stay connected with the kids but also to let Alabama friends see how life is in North Dakota. It might also be fun for new friends to view while we get to know one another.
We are absolutely loving Minot and Carl is loving his job. The people are wonderful, the crime rate is almost non-existent, and ND is a state that holds old fashioned values. It is the most perfect place I could think of to raise a family.
Whoever you are, I hope you enjoy seeing our family grow.

Hi Charla! I saw your blog site on Facebook, so came over here to see it. I'm so glad to hear you are liking North Dakota--I just wish Fessenden would have worked out for you. Then again, I'm sure it's nice for you to be in a little bigger town (OK, a LOT bigger town!).

We are so happy to see your blog. The pictures are wonderful. The kids are really growing. I am jealous about all the snow. I think it has really been cold, too. All is well here. We may have our sold and I may have a part-time job in Decatur.
